This position will play a critical role in strengthening and maximizing the volume of paid traffic to . You will own the campaigns and budgets for a core silo of categories, working closely with the marketing, merchandising, and catalog teams. This position will also require analysis and reporting to senior management as necessary.On an average week, you will:Create, track, analyze, and optimize pay per click campaigns with a heavy focus on Google Shopping, but also within BingAds, and Facebook Ad Manager platformsActively manage paid search and pay-per-click campaigns to maximize CPC, CPA, CTR, Search IS, Lost IS, etc. within monthly budgets and constraintsOptimize campaigns, adgroups, keywords, & product groups based on performance metricsMonitor and manager Facebook Dynamic Remarketing campaignsUse Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Adwords, Adwords editor, Facebook Ads Manager, and proprietary systems to make intelligent data driven decisions to improve quality scores while increasing campaign goalsForecast and report on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance for your assigned categoriesWork closely with paid search, merchandising, product catalog, and information technology teams to improve conversions and overall performanceMonitor search trends, best practices, and new opportunities to ensure growthWe need someone with:1 - 3 years experience working in paid search marketing, preferably in eCommerce, or related fieldGoogle Adwords CertificationExperience with Google Shopping Campaigns & PLAsExperience utilizing audience retargeting and device bid modifiers Experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Dynamic RemarketingExperience with scientific methodology and applying statistical accuracy to testsExcellent proficiency with Microsoft ExcelThe ability to work well under pressure and the willingness to wear many different hatsBonus Points: AdWords Scripting & Advanced Bid AdjustmentsWe are looking for someone who:Is creative, resourceful, and dedicated to getting the job done rightEmbraces the small company environment, including the many different responsibilities that come with itIs clever and tech savvy (the real kind of savvy - /\"I can paste an image into a Word document/\" doesn't count)Doesn't think he/she is above sweeping up or take out the trash once in awhileIs a reliable, humble, and generally awesome person
