CompHealth is currently assisting a Montana-based practice with their search for an orthopedic surgeon. This is a general orthopedic practice need, but they are open to sub-specialties as well. The call is no more than 1:4. The group owns their own surgery center and the current orthopedics are doing very well financially and are very busy. The group needs assistance because a current physician is retiring. You will work closely with a mid-level and three other surgeons. You will need to be board certified or board eligible. This position will require a Montana license, and CompHealth's licensing team can help you with the processing and application. J1 visas are welcome to apply.
This position offers a competitive compensation package and bonuses. You will also receive health benefits, vacation/PTO, relocation assistance, a sign-on, life insurance, CME time, a 401k retirement plan, and malpractice insurance.
You will enjoy living and working in a town that has markets, concerts, and a charming small-town ambiance. It has hundreds of miles of hiking, biking, running and snowmobiling trails. There are lakes for, kayaking, paddle boarding, and skiing is only a short drive away.
