**Overview of the Job Function:**

As part of cross-functional and highly collaborative team of designers, researchers, and engineers, you'll help shape ForeSee\"s innovative platform, the ForeSee CX Suite.

As a Senior UX Designer you're meticulous and excited about beautiful design, and you love seeing products ship. You understand that design and user experience (UX) are at the vanguard of a solid product process. You're passionate about new technology and hungry for new ways to visualize data. **Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and researchers to oversee the user experience of a product from start to finish.

+ Constantly engage in strategic decisions with the rest of the product team.

+ Design simple flows and experiences for complex problems.

+ Collaborate with other design and research team members.

+ Work on a wide range of products and different user personas

**Minimum requirements:**

+ Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience

+ 5+ years of experience in a similar role

+ Experience designing enterprise dashboards and reports for large data sets

+ Experience using Sketch, Invision, Principle, and an understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript

+ Experience collaborating closely with a variety of other product team members (research, development, management).

+ Experience designing software experiences relating and interacting with physical products.

+ Ability to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous environment and distill complex processes into simple, clear user interactions.

+ Excellent leadership skills when collaborating with Design, Engineering, Product, and Marketing.

+ Ability to communicate your ideas to a wide variety of key stakeholders

+ Ability to lead and manage large design initiatives

+ Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
